  9. This software is protected by Copyright laws and international
  10. treaties.

  12. Falgor, Archimede & Neiki, the Author, remains the legal owner of
  13. the copyright.

  17. Limited License to Try the Software
  18. -----------------------------------

  20. The Author grants a permission to try this software for a period
  21. of sixty (60) days starting from the date of the first use of the
  22. software.

  24. You should act to get a "Registered License" at least (3) weeks
  25. before the end of this period, because the software will refuse
  26. to execute properly after this period of sixty days. 
  27.  
  28. By using this software, you, the User, agree to respect the
  29. following conditions.  (If you refuse to comply to these
  30. conditions you should destroy all copies of the software that you
  31. have made in order to use it).

  33. The User agrees to NOT alter, decompile, disassemble nor attempt
  34. to reverse-engineer this software.

  36. The Author hereby authorizes the User to copy this software onto
  37. a computer to use it and to make backup copies of it for the only
  38. purpose of protecting the User from accidental loss.

  40. The User agrees that the software will stop working in its usual
  41. way after sixty (60) days of its first use (unless the
  42. registration name and serial number are entered into the software
  43. through the registration menu).

  45. The User agrees NOT to install the software twice or more to
  46. circumvent the duration of this period of sixty (60) days.

  48. The User agrees NOT to alter the system clock of the computer on
  49. which he has installed the software to circumvent the duration of
  50. this period of sixty (60) days.

  54. Registered License to Use the Software
  55. --------------------------------------

  57. By applying to register this software with the Author, you, the
  58. User, agree to respect the following conditions.  (If you refuse
  59. to comply to these conditions you should NOT apply to register
  60. the software and you should destroy all copies of the software
  61. that you have made in order to use it).

  63. Once the Author has received the Registration form and has
  64. accepted the payment of the license registration fee from the
  65. User, the Author will send a "registration name" and a "serial
  66. number" to the User. 
  67.  
  68. The User should enter these "registration name" and "serial
  69. number" into the software through the registration menu. 
  70.  
  71. The User will consider the "registration name" and "serial
  72. number" that he has received as private information. 
  73.  
  74. The User should keep this information in a secure location.  The
  75. User can make copies of this information but he will NOT give it
  76. to any other person who is also using the software.

  78. The User understands that he must NOT make public the
  79. "registration name" and "serial number" that he receives from the
  80. Author.  The User should keep in mind that if he disclosed this
  81. information to the public he would potentially help to deprive
  82. the Author from his rightful income.

  84. Under special circumstances - not based on any type of
  85. discrimination - the Author might refuse to issue a Registered
  86. License to a potential "Registered User".  In this case, the
  87. Author will not accept the payment (he will return the money
  88. order or check) and he will inform the person of the reasons of
  89. this decision (these reasons could be something like an
  90. incomplete form or a too vague and disputable identification of
  91. the applicant).

  93. The User agrees to NOT alter, decompile, disassemble nor attempt

  101. for convenience, the User must ensure that only one (1) copy of

  106. Permission to Distribute the Complete Installation Files

  109. As understood in the concept of "shareware", the Author grants a
  110. limited permission to distribute and copy the original unaltered
  111. installation files of the software in the following way.

  113. The User is granted permission to copy and distribute the
  114. original bundled installation files of the software under the
  115. following conditions.

  117. The User will not copy nor distribute the software after removing
  118. or modifying any parts of the software.  The User will take good
  119. care to only copy or distribute the original unaltered
  120. installation files of the software.

  122. The User cannot copy or distribute the software to make a profit
  123. except for a reasonable medium duplication cost.  No one is
  124. authorized to resell the software without expressed written
  125. authorization of the Author.

  127. If any person or organization distributes this software on any 
  128. medium with a packaging naming this software then the copyright 
  129. notice must be reproduced completely and clearly outside of the
  130. package.

  137. This software is provided to you "as is".  Falgor, Archimede &
  138. Neiki, makes no representation nor warranty that this software is
  139. fit for any specific purpose.  By using this software you agree
  140. to assume any risks and consequential damages that might arise
  141. from the use of this software.

  143. Falgor, Archimede & Neiki cannot and does not make any warranty
  144. that this software is compatible with your equipment or with its
  145. operating system.
